Duties of Human Resources Admin.

 


Human Resources Admin. performs an essential role in supporting the university through providing highest levels of services in the human, strategic and implementing resources.  The main duties are as follows:

- Planning the labor force and the employment.

- Administrating the performance and salaries

- Administrating the affairs of individuals.

- Administrating plaint and punishment procedures, the ethics regulation and the professional behavior

The manager of the human resources in Al-Razi University is responsible for recommending, editing and updating the policies of the human resources as it is an important document, and the human resources should revise it and suggest any modification, addition, deletion or updating regularly according to any updating issues in the job environment and to absorb all  sudden circumstances in lows and legalizations, implementing regulations and issued ministerial decisions. A request letter should be introduced to the general secretary for the updating clarifying the suggestions and reasons.

The Human Resources Committee is responsible for studying the suggestions  of modifying the policies introduced by the general secretary explaining  the suggestions and reasons for the modification and start it after getting the approval from the university rector and finally it should be introduced to the university board for authorization.

The manager of the human resources in Al-Razi University is responsible for submitting the reports to the general secretary regarding any disobeying cases on the policies by the university employees.

 The manager of the human resources in Al-Razi University is responsible for identifying the basics that guarantee the commitment on the human resources policies.

The policies should be published on the university website
