The registration and admission process

 

The registration and admission process at Al-Razi University according to the appointments identified by  the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific  Research. The registration is done through the electronic gate of the ministry for unified registration:

The students documents for registration are submitted to the Registration and Admission Department and ensuring that the documents  aligned to the conditions, standards of registration and admission. After that, the students ' data are entered in the electronic gate of the ministry. The admission will be confirmed after completing all registration processes in line with the general policy of registration and admission legalized by the ministry and the university.

The Registration and Admission Department has special qualified staff whose duties to receive new students and to provide them with information required for registration and admission, the university life and the study system.

The admission is conducted in line with the capacity load identified by the ministry and the university every year. The students becomes officially registered after submitted the required documents to the Registration and Admission Department in  accordance with the terms and conditions of admission and prescribed fees payment and is given a registration number in the faculty concerned.
