Duties of the Strategic Planning Unit
1. Develop a vision and a mission for the Strategic Planning Unit emanating from the vision and mission of the Center.
2. Contribute with the University administration and its scientific departments to develop a long-term strategic plan to develop the learning and education processes in accordance with the age requirements and the needs of the community and the labor market.
3. Present proposals and consultations on the strategies and priorities of the university to improve performance within the university administratively and academically.
4. Work on the dissemination of goals and elements of the strategic plan and the definition of using different methods (publications, books, brochures, workshops, lectures, etc.) at the level of the administrative and academic departments of the university.
5. Supervise the implement the strategic plan programs by the various units of the university.
