Vision:

To achieve the perfect competence in providing the related services efficiently and with the quality which covers the requirements of the academic staff, administrators and students, gets their satisfaction and serves the university competently.

Mission:

Maintaining the university buildings and providing all services in duties to contribute in creating a comfortable educational environment.

Objectives:

- preparing the annual plan for the services and maintenance

- Introducing ways and methods for improving and solving any implementing mistakes appeared after use.

- Controlling the individual safety

- Supervising the signed contracts
