Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Al-Razi University's IT strategy in alignment with its academic and administrative goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the university’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support educational, research, and operational activities.
• Manage the IT department, providing leadership, training, and professional development for team members.
• Develop and manage the university’s IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and solutions.
• Monitor and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the university's digital ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, cybersecurity policies, and academic standards.
• Support online learning platforms and ensure seamless IT integration for academic and administrative use.
• Build and maintain partnerships with international universities, accreditation bodies, and organizations to enhance Al-Razi University's global presence.
• Represent the university at international academic conferences, forums, and collaborative initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the university’s international footprint and strengthen global academic collaborations.
• Coordinate international projects, including student exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and global partnerships.
• Send academic credentials and certificates of Al-Razi University graduates to recognition and verification organizations worldwide.
• Oversee and follow up on the recognition and accreditation processes for the university's educational programs with local and international accreditation bodies.
• Ensure timely communication and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements for academic programs.
• Provide support and guidance to academic departments in preparing documentation for program recognition and accreditation.
• Monitor global trends in higher education and accreditation, identifying opportunities to improve the university’s academic offerings and reputation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate international activities into the university’s overall strategy.

• Prepare detailed reports on IT operations and international affairs for university leadership.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for IT infrastructure upgrades and international academic collaborations.
• Organize workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff on IT best practices and international standards in higher education.
• Ensure the university’s IT systems support remote and hybrid learning environments effectively.
• Act as a liaison between Al-Razi University and global accreditation agencies to facilitate program recognition and institutional excellence.
