	Program of community research

This program concerned with supporting and funding the researches that study the community issues and providing solutions for the community problems investigated in public or private sectors.

Objectives:

1. Activating the community role of Al-Razi University.

2. Monitor, evaluate and treat social phenomena in accordance with international research standards.

3. Contributing to the development of community institutions by adopting international best practices and adapting them in line with the community culture and constants.

4. Building development theories that contribute to the optimal investment of human society resources.

5. Enhancing the research capacities of academic staff at Al-Razi University in the social field.

6. Evaluating development experiences in the community and working to improve and develop them.

7. Developing new scientific tools that help in the valid study of the current situation of community and measuring the behavior of its members.

Duration

Twelve months started from issuing the contract date.

Controls and Conditions:

1. The research proposal does not deviate from the specific areas of the program.

2. The research proposal or part of it must not have been previously supported by any party outside or inside the university.

3. The research proposal or part of it should not be derived from the master's or doctoral thesis of the researcher or any of the research team.

4. That the number of the research team be justified, with clarification of the mission of each member. It is preferable that the number of members of the research team does not exceed three members, including the principal investigator.

5. That the research team express thanks for all the research that results from the project with this phrase: "This project was supported by the Scientific Research Center at Al-Razi University."

The project implementation is as follows:

1. The main researcher submits the research proposal according to the forms prepared for that.

2. The Scientific Research Center reviews the proposal and ensures that it matches the basic elements.

3. The proposal is sent to the validators for review and validation.

4. After validating the proposal, a research project contract shall be signed between the center and the main researcher for an amount not exceeding 200,000

5. The Scientific Research Center follows up the research through technical and financial reports according to the forms prepared for that.

6. The main researcher may request only one extension, not exceeding six months, based on a report explaining the reasons for the request.

7. The research project ends with the l main researcher submitting the final financial report for the research and the published scientific paper or acceptance letter for publication or informing the center of the inability to publish

8. In the event that no publication is made, the main researcher shall submit a technical report with the financial report, or he shall apologize for the research and return the first installment of the research budget.

9. Non-publication exposes the main researcher to not be accepted into the program again and forfeits his right to the publication reward.
