Scientific visit of the Pharmacy Department to the Yemeni Egyptian factory
The Clinical Department Unit of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Al-Razi University, organizes the second scientific visit for the fourth-level pharmacy students, the first group, to the Yemeni Egyptian Factory for Pharmaceutical Industries.
The unit of the Clinical Department at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Al-Razi University, organized the second scientific visit to the Department of Pharmacy, level four, the first group, to the Egyptian Yemeni Factory, under the supervision of the field training officer in the department, Dr. Muhammad Babrik. Where they were received at the factory by Dr. Sakina Fawad Al-Nahari, the training officer, and Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Fahad.
The visit, which was attended by 32 students from the Pharmacy Department, aims to achieve the following.
1/ Get to know the principles of (GMp)
2/ Get to know the tablets and capsules production line
3/ Get to know the production line of solutions and suspensions
4/ Familiarize yourself with all the physical and chemical laboratory equipment
5 / Familiarize yourself with the research and development department, its components, and the devices available for research and experiments.
During the visit, the students were introduced to the entire manufacturing process according to the international references approved in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The students were also briefed on the factory sections, production lines, raw materials stores and the post-production storage process. The visit also included many explanatory aspects of all factory sections and the devices used in them.
It is worth mentioning that this scientific visit is part of the university's program in linking theoretical aspects with the process and qualifying its outputs for the labor market.
